First Flight Retreat offers luxury Outer Banks oceanfront condos with superb ocean views. First Flight Retreat provides the premium appointments, resort amenities, elevator access, and breathtaking ocean views from a private balcony. Enjoy 1BR, 2BR, & 3BR Outer Banks oceanfront condo rentals. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and beautiful sunrises from the balcony. First Flight Retreat sits on some of the widest beachfront on the Outer Banks at Milepost 8.5 in Kill Devil Hills. Partial Week rentals are available with flexible stay options for most condos. Most condos have recent updates! The NEW Pool on the ground level was completed in Fall 2023. The pool on the first-floor rooftop will not reopen and will eventually be removed and the area will be re-purposed.

Excellent accommodations Ms. Vicki has a beautiful unit. We have rented this property for 2 or 3 weeks for the last several years. Thank you for letting me and my family the opportunity to enjoy the OBX.
FFR212 - At Last
Love the new outdoor furniture! Thank you for adding the hook �em game to the balcony! Elevators kept not working, mainly the one near At Last, Love all the homey touches! I feel like the primary bathroom floor could use a really good cleaning, I do understand we rented at the end of the peak season. The gym consistently did not have wipes, even after letting the property mgmt know. Whe; they were finally replaced, the wipes were dry. We love At Last, feels like a home away from home.
FFR116 - Carolina Dreamin'
My cousin and I were so thrilled with the new walkway and benches to the beach. It is beautiful. It came in very handy during the "hurricane ocean" that took away the beach for a day. We set up our chairs on the wooded area and read our books, still able to listen to the ocean. so nice.

Room was very nice, clean and everything functional. Nice to have extra storage below. Would've liked a pool table in the game room. Ping Pong table below was nice. Would have also liked a hot tub at pool. Overall, it was very nice.

I was extremely impressed with this condo. We stayed at First Flight Retreat Condos last year and was happy with the condo, but this condo was SO much better and I felt right at home. It is beautiful and well maintained.
