"Penthouse Retreat" - the largest and only 3-bedroom condo at First Flight Retreat! It features ten-foot ceilings, ceramic tile, and carpet throughout. This large condo has 2 king bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom has a duo bunk with a trundle that sleeps 4. All rooms have a TV and there is a DVD player in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge is all the gourmet cook needs for entertaining. You can view the ocean from one of the three south-facing sliders that lead out onto a private, oversized balcony. This third-floor condo offers fantastic southeast ocean views. and the large terrace has a tall table and 4 chairs from which you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or an afternoon drink. Just a quick trip down the elevator to the first level leaves you steps away from the fitness center, game room with shuffleboard, and boardwalk to the beach where you will find a large oceanfront deck with beach access! Taking the elevator to the ground level will bring you to the covered parking garage and an outdoor grilling area with picnic tables. Penthouse Retreat is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and attractions, some of which are within walking distance. Wifi included.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY

is the pool open that week

We have been told by the First Flight Retreat HOA that the pool opens May 20, 2017. The HOA and not First Flight Rentals manages the pool openings and closings.

At what milepost is this property?

MP 8.5 in Kill Devil Hills

Where is the bunk bedroom located? I can't really see it from the floorplan and it looks very small, do you have dimensions?

The bunk bedroom is the 1st bedroom as your enter the condo.

Are linens included? Sheets and towels?

Yes - beds are made for you and there are 2 sets of towels per bedroom. There are no beach or pool towels provided.

When do you expect reservations to be allowed for 7/02/2022-07/09/2022? Your website won't allow me to book due to prices not being set.

Rates for 2022 are not yet available, we expect them to be completed by the end of September!

Is there a washer and dryer available in the condo or is it located in another area in the building?

The unit has its's own Washer & Dryer

Is there a walk-in shower in either bathroom?

Bathrooms have combo Tub/Shower units in both baths

Beds are made and towel sets (wash-hand-bath) are provided 2 per room. Linens for sleeper sofas and bunk beds are provided but are not made on them.

You are asked to leave property free of garbage, clean any dishes and tidy up unit- **housekeeping is provied after each stay to clean and sanitize units
