Pet Fee is $150 plus tax per dog per stay (non-refundable) maximum of 2 dogs for properties that allow dogs. First Flight Retreat Condominiums have a policy of 1 dog only, maximum of 25 pounds.
Yes, all beds are made upon arrival and 2 sets of towels per bedroom. We strongly recommend bringing additional towels if you need more. And bring beach towels!

Yes, all condos we manage include Free Wifi access thoroughout. Codes will be provided. Many have Smart TVs.
Check-in is starting at 4pm, and check-out is 10am. We do offer for a minimal fee an early check-in / late check-out of 1pm at select condos.
You will receive check in instructions, including your code, within 1 week of your arrival date.
It varies. Most are open mid-May - end of September/ early October. For exact dates, check the condo community pages (under CONDO COMMUNITIES tab). Dates are controlled by HOAs - not First Flight Rentals.
Yes, every condo has a Washer/Dryer inside the condo unit. John Yancey Penthouse JY-422 has coin laundry at the hotel).
