First Flight Retreat

Loved the unit. We had a dog and the location was great....first floor end right next to the steps to get out of the building. Unit was very comfortable, great location, loved the shower coming up from the beach and the deck at the top of the dunes.

It is a very comfortable condo. I never even had to turn on the heat during cold days. Convenient to stairs and elevator. Good parking. I had no issues to report.

The rental was clean on our arrival. We loved that multiple hangers were available in the closet for our clothes. We love the high top chairs and tables on the balcony, which is one of the reasons we chose this rental the last few years. The Girst Flight staff are always friendly and responsive to our texts. One elevator was down this year but the HOA responded timely. Unfortunately it only worked for a day and was down again. The other elevator still worked. We realize this was not First Flights responsibility. Thank you for making our vacation great! We will be renting again next year!

We deeply appreciate the response we received both from the FFR team and the KDH Police Dept. when we experienced a lockout while on the deck. Thanks so much!

We have rented at FFR about 13+ times and this past week was a great vacation experience. The only negative was the south elevator was not working. We are happy to climb the stairs most times but checking in and out does require us to use the elevator. The bed linens were clean but scratchy. I usually bring my own pillow cases to put on top so that the pillows are softer on my face. We love FFR and will book again for next year!

I was extremely impressed with this condo. We stayed at First Flight Retreat Condos last year and was happy with the condo, but this condo was SO much better and I felt right at home. It is beautiful and well maintained.

We love this place! Wish you had a room to fit 11 people:)

Vicky and Les have done a wonderful job! 205 ...the kitchen...is supplied with everything you could possibly need. Lovely condo.

we always look forward to staying in the Pelican's Perch. The owner puts a lot of care into making sure the decor is comfortable and inviting.

Really loved this home was pet friendly so we could bring our dog along. The view from the balcony was amazing!! Very comfortable and homey. We will be back to this location again!
