This condo has a great view, and the private hot tub is a great bonus to the other amenities. It has very convenient beach access and is close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in the area. We would highly recommend this condo for couples

We really enjoyed the location and peace and quiet. The ocean view was beautiful especially from the hot tub. Be mindful that you will need to bring your own dish, hand and laundry soap. As well as any extra TP or paper towels. The rate is decent for what we received. However, for a short trip, the fees ($200 cleaning and others) was a big difference between this type of property and just getting a hotel room/suite. We only stayed 3 nights (in the winter). It makes more sense and worth it to rent for a longer stays. Live and learn. But we would stay here again. Beautiful property.

This is a great facility! Good COVID posture. Nice elevators to ease getting to your floor. Excellent location. Excellent parking. Could use a better bed. Host communicated well and was helpful all along.

This was an amazing place to stay! We found it to be extremely clean the access to the beach was great. It was the perfect location to restaurants and other attractions. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels. The hot tub was very modern and perfect to watch the beach from. Only 2 things to make note of before going. 1. The bedroom is next to the hall in the front part of the condo. It got pretty loud with dogs and babies. I brought ear plugs and recommend you do the same if you're a lighter sleeper or want to sleep in. 2. The deck is level with some of the other condos next door. It is not very private. Which isn't a big deal, but we did have some people who seemed to just stare our way instead of towards the beach. So just be aware. But this was an amazing space and location, and we were so privileged to have stayed here.

My husband and I stayed over Christmas and absolutely loved the place! It was impeccably clean. We already knew what we would have to supply from other reviews but were also sent two separate emails detailing what to bring ahead of our trip. Obviously, the hot tub and views are a major selling point; it had to be the cleanest hot tub I’ve ever set foot in. Because we stayed in off season, it was very quiet, but as another reviewer mentioned, if you’re a light sleeper, the bedroom is right next to the hallway. During busy times, this could be bothersome. The location is superb- plenty of grocery stores to choose from, as well as local eateries (though about half are shut down in the off season which is understandable). We definitely want to stay again but will book directly with the company next time.

The location and private (super clean) hot tub were the highlights of this place. Check in/out were really easy. Easy self-parking and direct beach access were great. Unit was nice and clean. The price is GREAT too. The tradeoff seems to be in the little nickel-and-dime details and communication logistics. In the interest of helping future travelers set realistic expectations I'm sharing more about those factors. Wish the listing specified: Linens and towels are included. Kitchen supplies are super basic so plan to bring your own salt and pepper, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent if you want to use the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Only one roll of toilet paper provided, no paper towels or kitchen towels. Coffee filters thankfully were provided. There's a Keurig and auto-drip.

Great location, very nice unit with high ceiling and upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Great view from balcony. Very comfortable king bed in the bedroom. Could use better mattress for the pull-out sofa (we ended up buying a mattress topper) and more blankets. And more hooks/stool in bathroom and entryway would have been nice. Clean kitchen and new pots/pans. Overall, very nice unit, superb location, but pricey.

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our 3 small children. The space was perfect for our family. Their private beach access was super close and the pool was perfect. It was great to have a private hot tub in the room so we could relax after the kids went to bed. The view was wonderful and it was great having a full kitchen so we could cook and didn't have to go out every night. We will be returning next summer so we can enjoy the experience all over again!

My family and I have stayed at various locations in the outer banks. Over the years we have stayed at resorts, houses on the beach, houses near the beach etc... We picked this condo for location and to experience staying in a condo, as we are starting to think about purchasing a permeant home there. We loved staying here! Clean, modern, easy (private) beach access, a pool... We had high hopes for this condo and were very pleased! In fact we are now thinking of just renting at First Flight Rentals every year instead of purchasing a unit! Top notch customer service too. This unit was sold to new owners between the time we booked and our stay. The new owners decided to keep the unit pet free. We planned on bringing our dog... I called First Flight and they worked everything out with the new owners and responded very quickly! We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this condo and will be renting with First Flight again!

We love staying at FFR and have a good experience every time. Being able to stay just 3 nights is a huge plus for us. The fully equipped kitchen makes for an easy stay. The units have always been spotless and well-maintained. We have never had an issue with noise or inappropriate behavior from other guests. The rolling trollies for hauling up luggage are a nice touch. Keep it up! :)
