Very clean and well furnished. Beautiful ocean view. The unit as well as the entire property is very clean and modern. It was very quiet and we never heard noises from other residents. The beach access is very convenient. Can�t get any closer to the beach than this!

The rental was stunning! Excellent layout of the floor plan. The bedrooms were large, clean and the beds were very comfortable! The rental was well maintained, clean and had all the amenities of home.

We love this condo - 304. We have stayed at other condos at Seven C's and this has everything - updated and corner unit with a view. The First Flight staff is very responsive and so nice.

This was our second stay at Sea Grace and this was just as positive as our first visit. I would highly recommend this unit and First Flight Rentals.

Enjoyed our stay . Was very appreciative of the instructions left for operating the TV remotes. Very helpful. Have been coming to First flight for a number of years. We love it. Our go to lodging at the beach!

Wonderful week with a wonderful condo

Above question needs different choices for answering the question. The bed pillows seemed to be new. More comfortable than last fall. Last fall they were lumpy. As I stated last fall, this unit is perfect for me. My guest last year also loved it. It is nicely furnished and the furnishings are comfortable as well. It is a well maintained unit. Tell the owners if they need a condo sitter, I�d be more than happy to do that!😀
