Pelicans know where to perch: up high, facing the water. This top-floor 2-bedroom follows their lead. Pull up a stool at the large kitchen bar while the coffee brews, or claim a chair at the balcony pub table as the sunrise comes up over the crashing waves — every seat in this condo was chosen for the view.

Room for Six, a King for the Lucky Two

Unlike most two-bedroom condos, Pelicans Perch offers a true king bedroom alongside the queen — no negotiating over who gets the bigger bed on a two-couple trip, and a genuine upgrade for the parents on a family one. A queen sleep sofa in the living area brings capacity to six, all beneath high vaulted ceilings that make the top floor feel even more open.

The large open kitchen features granite countertops and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Beds are made for your arrival, a washer and dryer are in the condo, and Wi-Fi is included.

Elevator access takes you all the way up (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).

Absolutely wonderful. Wonderful Location, beautiful condo with an excellent view, very helpful staff. Excellent condition. The pool was amazing and cleaned daily.

we loved this unit! the views were awesome! of the ocean and our "little dog, "Chloe had a wonderful time as well.enjoyed the most were the beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise every morning from the balcony. and having a fully stocked kitchen and the convenience of everything here.

We LOVED this rental!! Views amazing! Very comfortable - we slept so great, which was much needed. I would say the two things that could be better if possible: internet was super slow if it was working at all & more towels / person. The housekeeper was EXCELLENT! I'm a clean Nazi when it comes to the place I stay and they were top notch. Everything was very comfortable - beds, chairs, couch and exterior seating. The owners did an excellent job making sure they have a 5 star property. VERY nice! We were super happy!

We have stayed with First Flight Condos for 3 years. Everytime has been great! Room are very clean. Beach access is very easy, and condo is very close to everything.

While we were disappointed that the gym was closed, we understand it was safest due to COVID19 and appreciated the precautions. The condo was great, view so beautiful and when we had a chirping smoke detector someone came to take care of it so fast! And what a super nice, friendly man he was! Our experience was great and we will be planning a visit for next year!!

The most- everything from great view, long balconey with raised chairs and table, no steps to reach the beach or pool, underground parking to keep car cool, comfortable furniture and beds. This is the only place I will be staying in the future.
