Onsite amenities include full service restaurant & bar, the tasty Beachside Bistro restaurant & bar, indoor pool, fitness center, elevator access & more. Pool is open year round.

Sea Reach Resort condos are located in Kill Devil Hills at Milepost 7.5 on the Kill Devil Hills beachfront. All condos are oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 bath.

This was by far the best stay I have ever had at the OBX and I loved this condo. I am hoping to rent this very same condo for 2 weeks next summer. It was the perfect place to stay and felt like home away from home. The man that rented the umbrella and chairs, etc. was so helpful everyday and made our beach time so enjoyable (I don't know his name). When I book for next year I will definitely request this same condo(327). Thank you for a PERFECT vacation!
