New for 2022: Large oceanfront picture window, 2 bathroom renovations including a walk-in shower in the master bath with double vanity, new built-in cabinets/closets in both bedrooms and new master bedroom furniture. In 2021 new appliances were added, new kitchen table seating 6, new coffee table, new area rug and bureau. Fresh paint throughout. This is one stunning condo that you won't want to leave!

"Beach Therapy" is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that offers panoramic views of the ocean from it's 2nd level balcony! Enjoy a large open kitchen with large breakfast bar, making it great for entertaining and meal time! This condo has a traditional and Keurig coffee maker for those coffee lovers. Large private balcony has two brand new pub tables and seating for 6 for dining and viewing pelicans, dolphins, and sunrises! Beach Therapy has 1 king bedroom, a room with two twins, plus a queen sleeper sofa and 65 inch Smart TV in the living area. Ceramic tile flooring in the living room, beds made, washer/dryer, and free WiFi.

The First Flight Retreat pool is closed for the 2022 season.The owner of this property is offering passes to our local YMCA which offers indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, basketball courts, racquetball courts,daycare, etc. until April 2023.

First Flight Retreat Pool is projected to be repaired for the 2023 season. Work is expected to happen this Fall 2022/Winter 2023. Exact dates of repairs are still being determined by the HOA and as soon as First Flight Rentals is informed we will update the property description.

The most- everything from great view, long balconey with raised chairs and table, no steps to reach the beach or pool, underground parking to keep car cool, comfortable furniture and beds. This is the only place I will be staying in the future.
