"Atlantic View Retreat" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo on the second level with superb ocean views. This condo has 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen would please any cook, and the 2 queen bedrooms have smart TVs. Stackable washer/dryer available in the condo for your convenience. On the deck is polywood furniture so you can sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. HDTV and free WiFi are included. Pets allowed (fee). Community Pool Dates: 5/18/24-10/5/24

We loved staying here. It was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable and so convenient to the beach. Loved the pool, too! And we were so close to great restaurants - walking distance! We'd love to come back and stay there again. It would have been helpful to have salt, pepper, and sugar on hand, or for it to be included on the list of suggested items to be brought in by vacationers. But I stress again, we'd love to come back and stay in the same condo or another managed by First Flight Rentals.

Outstanding property! Everything was clean, we loved the little extras and having linens provided. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and everything in the condo worked as it should. The deck was nice and the furnishings comfortable.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY

Hi, I am interested in renting your lovely condo and have a couple of questions: will there be any construction in the complex or nearby? Are there available tennis courts?

Although Kill Devil Hills has a beach nourishment project going on this summer, it WILL NOT be taking place in front of First Flight Retreat. There is public tennis courts within 1/4 of a mile away from the condo.

Will there be any construction going on with the main or nearby buildings?

No there isn't any construction going on at the building or nearby.

When does the outdoor pool open?

Outdoor pools at First Flight Retreat open mid-May weather dependant.

Does this unit have a walk-in shower?

FFR211 Atlantic View Retreat bathrooms have combo Tub/Shower units in both baths
