"Nemo's Retreat" is the perfect place for your vacation! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo features fresh paint in the living room, a new area rug, a new coffee table and side tables, new lamps, a new bedroom bedspread, a Roku TV in the bedroom, and a new kitchen table. Comfortable and maintained, this condo has beautiful mahogany tile flooring throughout and gorgeous oceanfront views. This freshly decorated condo offers sunrise views from the private oceanfront balcony with a pub table and two chairs and a Keurig coffee maker has been added by the owner for those coffee lovers to enjoy a fresh cup of java! Conveniently located near beach access and fitness room. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Pet friendly (with a fee), beds made, washer/dryer in the unit, and free WiFi.

Yes there is both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.

Yes - there is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit

stove and refrigerator available? Beach available for swim, sunning?, public or private?

Every condo has a stove and refrigerator. First Flight Retreat has a direct beach access from the 1st floor and a community hot tub and pool for guests to use.

What appliances are included? (Blender, air fryer, etc)

Standard kitchen appliances are provided (oven, microwave) as well as a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. Other specialty kitchen appliances (air fryer, blender, instapot, etx.) are not provided but are welcome if guests would like to bring!

We have stayed at first flight condos before and had access to beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage area before. Is this true for this condo too? Thanks!

Condo's are individually owned, and it is the owners choice to allow guest to have use of the storage area and or beach items stored there.

Hi! Are there beaches close that have lifeguards on duty? During June 10-17? Thanks!

No Lifeguards are stationed on beach at First Flight Complex. The closest Lifeguard stand is to the south located near Clark Street
