This condo is Just Wright! Coastal inspired, remodeled OBX beachfront condo includes all-new elegant tile flooring, a luxurious tile bathroom upgrade, fresh paint throughout the entire condo with new French door fridge/freezer and new washer/dryer.You're going to love your visit to the Outer Banks even more! This 3rd floor (top floor) oceanfront condo has delightful 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and a unique picture window in living room. Enjoy private walking access to the beach and the private living room balcony during meals, reading, resting, and sipping drinks on Adirondack chairs. Balcony includes high top dining table and chairs for laughing and loving the good beach life. A replica of the Wright Brothers plane hangs from the tall, airy vaulted ceiling representing our KDH first flight history. Rest well in the king size bed and extra comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, allowing up to 4 guests. Condo includes access to pools, gym, and game room. Living space also includes a picture perfect wall mounted 55'' TV for movies, shows or sports. Updated kitchenware include a waffle maker, blender, George Foreman grille, coffee maker. Bedding, pillows, new board games, including Giant connect 4 and Large Jenga blocks, pac N play, complimentary wifi all included!

Overall we loved being there! We had a question regarding security. Everything required a code except the elevators which to us meant anyone including non-renters could enter the facility. Our recommendation would be to consider adding security to the elevators or at least explaining why that is not needed. We appreciate that this is a dog friendly building- we would love consideration for fencing in the grassy area in front for dogs so pets could run leash free in a contained area. Than you for the opportunity to give our observations!

This was our fifth stay at a first flight property. By far, Unit 314 was the best (as indicated by each of the statements above. When we rent again, it will be our first choice!

This was our first stay in FFR#314 and it was lovely. The LR furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty for us to prepare our own breakfasts & lunches. The views were amazing and the extra seating both bar high and lounge seating with leg rests were wonderful for either that morning cup of coffee or happy hour.

The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating (via email). We also met two cleaning staff of the first day. They were very upbeat and friendly and had done a nice job cleaning the unit. I especially liked the on-line capabilities and the emails you sent beforehand. Thank you! We love First Flight Rentals!

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The absolute only concern that we had the entire stay was the fact that the sheets on the bed were starched. That seemed odd and may a somewhat uncomfortable sleep with the starched sheets.

Do you Allow pets?

FFR314 is not a pet friendly condo but there are other condos that First Flight Rentals manage that are allow you to bring a dog when paying a pet fee of $125 plus tax.

are there any beach chairs provided with rental

Beach chairs are not provided but First Flight Rentals offers chair and umbrella rentals.

May I assume that linens and bath towels are provided? Also, are beds made by staff?

Yes - your bed is made for you upon arrival and there are 2 sets of towels provided per bedroom.

Is there parking on the property Also there was not a photo of the bathroom online ...is it available to view Thank you mark

Yes - there is unassigned parking at First Flight Retreat. Bathroom photos are not normally photographed unless to show a walk-in shower or updates to the bathroom.

Where is the washer and dryer located

There is a stackable washer/dryer in the condo.

Can you bring your own beach chairs??

Yes - you can bring your own beach chairs and store them in the garage area storage bin assigned to your condo. You would need to bring your own padlock.

Do you provide bath towels/linens? Do you have a regular coffee maker?

Bath towels and bed linens are provided. This condo also has both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker.

Yes, bed linens are provided as well as a double towel pack for each bedroom (2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths).

Are there elevators? Can I reach the beach without doing stairs?

Yes, there are 2 elevators at First Flight Retreat. There is also a ramp to the beach from the first floor that does not require stairs.

Does the condo have both kurig & regular coffee makers? Does it have a hair dryer?

This condo has a standard drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, and a hair dryer provided
