Great condo for a smaller group to visit OBX. Easy beach access with convenient storage locker in garage. Keypad on door offers ‘contactless’ check-in and no keys at the beach. Plenty of parking.

Nice location right on the beach close to restaurants and golf. Enjoyed many meals and morning coffee on the balcony with beach views. Liked having Amazon Echo for music. Appreciated the options of spending time at the beach or pool. Host was responsive to questions.

We stayed at Jeff’s place the week over thanksgiving and during Covid. It was the perfect get away. We felt safe and Jeff’s place was clean with extra precautions and nice touches. The condo is right on the beach and perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and beach walks.

We had a lovely vacation here. The condo was clean with many new upgrades, and was very comfortable. With the current pandemic situation, it was nice to be able to conduct all business over the phone and by email. The code for the door worked perfectly on first try. We also brought my dog with us, and she was welcome everywhere. The building and beach are very dog-friendly. My only complaint was that a lot of people walking their dogs on the front lawn did NOT pick up after their dogs. That is not the fault of the condo owner or the building manager - there is a dog waste station right on the lawn and it always had plenty of pick-up bags, and the waste can was emptied daily. No excuse for not picking up your dogs' waste. I would definitely stay here again - our unit was bright, airy, and fresh. I highly recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beachfront Jeff’s property , and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views and the soothing sound of the ocean waves. The location of the property was perfect - just steps away from the sandy beach. The accommodation itself was impeccable. The owners had thoughtfully designed the space to provide all the necessary comforts of home. I can't wait to return in the near future!

Room was very nice, clean and everything functional. Nice to have extra storage below. Would've liked a pool table in the game room. Ping Pong table below was nice. Would have also liked a hot tub at pool. Overall, it was very nice.

We had a great weekend at Jeff's condo in Kill Devil Hills. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and the location provides direct access to the beach. Check-in/check-out process was simple and easy. Highly recommended - would book again!

Great space. Very convenient and family friendly. Outdoor spa was a hit with the kids between beach trips. Be sure to bring basic necessities such as hand soap, dish soap, etc. as these were not provided.

As advertised. Great side view of the beach, easy and direct access to the beach, centrally located within walking distance to restaurants etc, and clean and modern living space. Very nice.

A cute little condo overlooking the beach. Nice balcony, nice kitchen, and nice showers. The pool is great, and the beach is so close. We had a few issues with the elevators breaking (during move out - ugh) and the hot tub being turned off... and a few other issues... but overall, it’s a good place if you’re just going for beach/pool and don’t need frills.

The location is awesome. Easy beach access right from building which has two elevators. The large balcony is great for watching the beach sunrises. They supply a welcome bag with a roll of paper towels, 2 toilet papers and a couple trash bags. (It says no paper products supplied so pack your own). Kitchen is well equipped and the open floor plan is great. Super easy to use lock pads on doors. Very kid friendly. There’s even a restaurant style highchair in one of the closets which was super handy for us! Great overall. I would stay again!

We loved the condo and the Outer Banks! The view of the ocean from our deck was gorgeous, and we were able to eat and spend lots of time out there because it was shaded from direct sun. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We were too busy to spend much time on the couch watching TV, but the couch was comfy and the TV was in excellent working order. We never heard any noise from the pool below us or the surrounding condos. The check-in directions and codes worked like a charm and we found the chairs and beach umbrella in the storage locker as promised. It was fun to play some Skeeball in the game room after a relaxing day at the beach. First Flight Rentals (the rental agent) informed us in advance that we would need to supply our own paper products, but we received a gift bag upon arrival that included some toilet paper and paper towels--it would have been nice to have known that in advance so we wouldn't have packed our own. We also would have really appreciated it if beach towels and some dishwasher and laundry detergent had been supplied for our use. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great location with beach access. Wonderful outdoor space. Condo is decorated beautifully. Sand dunes cover most of the view of the beach but you can see some water from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were closed until May 19th. Our trip was the second week in May and it was a mixture of warm sunny days and cold rainy days. The ocean water was still too cold to enjoy. Great for 2 couples because each bedroom has a private bathroom. Guest will need to bring toilet paper, soaps, laundry detergent and dish soap. First flight rentals gives you a welcome tote with enough supplies for 1-2 days. The Dollar Tree nearby is well stocked and I’d recommend stopping there before going to the grocery store or Kmart. Amazing restaurants within walking distance and everything else is a $6 Uber ride away. You have to try the Key Lime Pie at Kill Devil Grill!!!! You will also need to watch your email for communication from the rental company (it went to my spam box).

We had a great time in this rental. It was comfortable and relaxing for the holiday weekend. Kids enjoyed the easy access to the beach and we enjoyed the balcony at night. We would stay here again.

The condo we had (#217) met and exceeded our expectations. I was under the impression the second bedroom would have a view of the ocean, but it did not. The next time we rent (and we will rent from First Flight again!), I will choose a room that is "ocean front" so we can see and hopefully hear the ocean. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and contained everything we needed for our week long stay.
