This unit includes private covered parking (two spaces, tandem), a private outdoor shower, and private ground-level storage for your beach/fishing gear. Across the street, at the Yancey, you can help yourself to the sparkling pool, direct beach access, beachside restrooms, and playground. The pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend to the first week of October (weather permitting).
