We are renting this property the week of July 2. Is it possible to make the 2 twin beds into a king?? Thanks

No Furniture layout needs to remain as is. 

Coming last week of Sept. Are towels and linens provided? Thanks

Beds are Made and a Towel set is left for each person sleeping in a bed. (Sheets are left for sleeper sofa's but no extra towels will be provided) 

We are renting your property the week of July 2. We understand check in is not until 4:00PM. We will be arriving before that time. Is there any place we can can change as well as available bathroom facilities? Pool area maybe? Thanks!!

If you arrive a little early you may use The Quay's facilities until your unit is ready for check in

Is there a bedroom on the first main floor or are they all up the steps?

Entry is at bottom level, but no living areas or bedrooms on that level the living, dining and 1 bedroom are on mid level and 2 bedrooms are on top level. The baths are available on mid & top levels

Do you have an ocean view from only the upper balcony ? When does the pool close for the season?

The Ocean Front upstairs master has an ocean view. The pool is open Memorial thru Labor Day
