is the first level a separate dwelling until? Are the townhouses 3 floors if so what is on each floor?

A townhouse at Croatan Surf Club is only 2 floors with 2 of the bedrooms on the bottom floor. The living, kitchen and dining are on the top floor.

Is the main entry to the main floor or the downstairs bedrooms. My husband has mobility issues and I am concerned with the number of times he would have to climb the stairs per day.

The main entry for a townhouse style condo at Croatan Surf Club has the living area, kitchen, and one bedroom on that floor. The other 2 bedrooms would be downstairs.

Is the washer and dryer inside each individual unit or outside shared by the complex?

There is a washer/dryer in the actual condo for your use.

Where are all the elevators located at this complex?

Croatan Surf Club has 3 elevators - north side of building, south side of building and one that is on west side of building.

I notice that listed as an amenity of the Platinum Suite (4th level) is covered parking, but parking detail is not listed for any of the 3rd level townhouses. What is their situation for parking? We plan to bring bicycles and would like a covered location to park/ lock them while we're there. Do you have someplace like that?

CSC has unassigned parking under the building and there are areas where you can lock your bikes in that same area. You would need to bring your own padlock.

Is there an outdoor grill available for use?

Yes - there is park service charcoal grills at Croatan Surf Club

Are there any beach chairs or umbrellas with this unit - or do we need to rent those separately?

Unfortunately this unit does not provide beach chairs and umbrellas. 

How many TVs are in this condo?

Most condos typically have one TV per bedroom along with a TV in the living area.

Baby items are not provided but can be rented from any local area rental company!

The building appears to be three levels with parking underneath. Is the unit the top two? And if it is, what is one the first level?

This unit is the 1st and 2nd floors and you enter on floor 2. It is not the top floor, so there will be a condo above this one.

Does this unit, Land's End have a fold out sofa bed? Thanks!
