Company History

First Flight Rentals has been in business since 2007. Originally started as the preferred management company of First Flight Retreat Condos in Kill Devil Hills, First Flight Rentals has grown to its current position, to manage Outer Banks condo rentals in four different condo communities on the Outer Banks, including First Flight Retreat, Sea Ranch II, Waves Village Resort, Golden Strand, and Sea Pointe, stretching from Kill Devil Hills to Rodanthe, NC.

First Flight Rentals has a reputation for managing the best in condo accommodations, and offers superb guest service. Our highly-trained staff is very experienced in Outer Banks vacation rentals, and personally knows every property in our program. We have a focused marketing strategy that allows us to be very competitive in Outer Banks property management, by targeting our marketing towards condo vacation rentals on the Outer Banks.
