First Flight Retreat offers luxury Outer Banks oceanfront condos with superb ocean views. First Flight Retreat provides the premium appointments, resort amenities, elevator access, and breathtaking ocean views from a private balcony. Enjoy 1BR, 2BR, & 3BR Outer Banks oceanfront condo rentals. Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and beautiful sunrises from the balcony. First Flight Retreat sits on some of the widest beachfront on the Outer Banks at Milepost 8.5 in Kill Devil Hills. Partial Week rentals are available with flexible stay options for most condos. Most condos with recent updates! The NEW Pool was completed in Fall 2023.

We enjoy our time @ First Flight year after year-it never disappoints! We rent beach front, the views are amazing and we love the easy access to the beach. We have been in several different units and they are always clean and comfortable. The central location is easy travel to restaurants & shopping! Highly recommend and will continue to return yearly!!

This was our fourth year, staying at the condo � Keys to Serenity�. I cannot express enough the serenity you have given us over the years! Your views are spectacular, the condo is immaculate, but it is the personal touches that make you second to none! I want to personally thank all of the employees from the first flight retreat� from the wonderful people who answer the phone to your housekeepers and groundskeepers� Thank you all! Many of you have know idea of the difference you make for the strangers you greet� please know you make all the difference and it is so greatly appreciated! ❤️
FFR208 - Sea Breeze
Sea Breeze is a great property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is super clean, well-maintained and has a great view of the ocean. The couch and bed are comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. The only thing needed is extra hangars,(there were only 5), and some big knives to cut a watermelon. It was hard with a small knife. The kitchen has plenty of Tupperware containers to pack snacks for the beach.
