Seven's C's is the Outer Banks' newest boutique condo building, having been rebuilt in 2016 after a fire burned down the original building in 2013. Seven C's condos offer superb oceanfront views, an oceanfront pool, an elevator, and brand-new furnishings. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED AT SEVEN C'S. The pool is open from May 18th, 2024 - October 13th, 2024.

SC302 - C-View
This was our seventh stay at this wonderful property. The condo is comfortable, beautiful and very well maintained. I cannot think of another place I have stayed in OBX that compares to this property. The beds are comfortable, the view of the ocean spectacular and the deck has very comfortable furniture to view the above and just relax. The furniture in the main room is very comfortable and inviting. These are just some of the many reasons we continue to return to SC302.
SC303 - Seaside Dream
One of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in. The condo was perfect for us, the owners had thought of everything to make the space perfect. The view was outstanding and relaxing.

We loved this condo! It was so clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen was a true "cook's kitchen" with every available gadget. Loved the bedding - felt luxurious!

This condo was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. They kitchen was very well stocked. The views were amazing. I would definetely stay at Coastal Legasea again.

SC303 - Seaside Dream
We loved the condo and found that it was very clean and comfortable. We had a few issues with the internet that prevented our movie watching for a few nights but it was eventually addressed and we were able to use it the last day of our stay. We would use the service again as we loved the condo and the service was in general very responsive to our needs.

The condo was beautiful!! All I can say is I wish I owned it.
SC301 - Langman's Sea Cabin
Comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen, & liked all the natural light. Was quiet in the condo building.
SC303 - Seaside Dream
LOVED Seven C’s!! Only suggestion to the owner would be for a pantry cabinet in the kitchen for groceries. Otherwise it’s one of the best places we’ve stayed and will do it again! And can’t thank FFR staffer, Denise, enough for helping us with something left behind.
SC304 - Top of the Banx
The kitchen was amazing! You had available every kitchen appliance, gadget, and utensil that we could have needed... and all were BEAUTIFUL! We LOVED the kitchen. Thank you for supplying sealable storage containers. That's something most people don't think about but they are very handy.
