Inside, you'll discover three bedrooms plus a bonus room, all decorated with cozy linens and equipped with central air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. The bedrooms are filled with natural light and provide access to a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outside, the fenced-in backyard features beautifully landscaped pebble gravel, along with an area for playing horseshoes and cornhole. You’ll be just minutes away from many local attractions, such as the Avalon Fishing Pier, Front Porch Café, Awful Arthur’s for delicious seafood, and The Lost Colony in Manteo for live performances. Additionally, Kill Devil Hills is home to numerous local restaurants and vibrant boutiques.

The outdoor fire pit area is solar-powered, providing the ambiance of an outdoor fire while adhering to the KDH ordinance on open-air fires. The home is spread across three levels: the first level has a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed and a room with a Tiki bar and fridge; the second level features a queen master bedroom and two additional rooms with queen beds, along with a hall bath; and the third level is designated for the living room, dining room, and sitting area.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee of $150 per dog, plus tax.
