FFR208 - Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze is a great property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is super clean, well-maintained and has a great view of the ocean. The couch and bed are comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. The only thing needed is extra hangars,(there were only 5), and some big knives to cut a watermelon. It was hard with a small knife. The kitchen has plenty of Tupperware containers to pack snacks for the beach.

The condo is well kept and the kitchen is furnished really well with all the things ever needed. The shower is the problem with this unit.The grab bar is in a strange place outside the shower. An additional one inside the shower on the side wall would be great. The shower head is mounted very high so a bit of a problem for a shorter person. A walk in shower unit would be great to avoid that pesky shower curtain problem. Otherwise, this condo was great.

We were very pleased with the comfort and appointments at this unit. I have shared this opinion with friends...usually, we're at OBX with a big group and a big house, so it was really nice to find accommodation suitable for 2 people. I would return and would recommend to others. Special thanks to owners of unit for all the HOOKS. You need so many hooks at the beach and they were exactly where we needed them to be. :)

This property was very convenient to restaurants and attractions, and the particular unit had a fantastic ocean front exposure. If we wee not elderly and not limited in travel, we would stay there again. I cannot imagine another facility that would be any more attractive.

We didn't realize that there would be no soap products, i.e. hand soap, bath soap, dish soap. Our condo was lovely, the views breathtaking. All arrangements made were wonderful! We will be back, loved it.

Property was exactly as shown online. I knew what I was getting and thank you for that.

Wonderful experience for a first-time guest family of 3! Quiet, friendly guests/tenants, easy access from the road and to the beach, conveniently located, easy parking, great amenities...everything met or exceeded expectations!

The ocean view was absolutely gorgeous and the condo was very clean and well maintained.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with our stay! We were happy with the accommodations, the cleanliness of the unit, the upgrades in the kitchen and the bathroom, and the overall feel of the unit. The amenities were great--plenty of chairs and seating around the pool and the pool and hot tub were both very clean and well cared for. We also loved how the entire building was laid out--the inside halls with easy access to both the beach and the pool area. Luggage racks available in the parking area and the elevators made it super easy to unpack the car and head to the beach! And the keyless entry helped too, since we were a little late arriving on the first day. But no problem, since we had the combination to the door sent via email before our arrival. And the guest package was great, too! Thanks for that!

Great unit! Perfect for what we were looking for. Bedroom could use a larger dresser, especially if people are there for full week stays. Enjoyed absolutely everything! Not a single disappointment. Would definitely book again!

Pleasantly surprised.....great place to spend my vacation!

This is our second summer staying at this location and it keeps getting better. Love the upgraded game room and additional ping pong table in the garage area.

Probably one of the nicest and newest condos beachfront at OBX.
