This was our 2nd time staying at First Flight Retreat and we love the location and all of the comfort of the condos. The kitchen had a great setup and the living space is wonderful. We will certainly plan on staying at First Flight Retreat again. -Guest
Overall we loved our trip, the condo and being right on the beach/ocean. I was concerned of the view being on the 1st floor, but we still had a great view of the ocean. If we come back to NC for vacation, we would stay here again.

We love that First Flight Retreat has so many pet-friendly properties. The location can't be beat and the condos are just the right size for two of us plus a dog. It's so hard to find nice, new and clean properties that allow pets, so we really appreciate that First Flight lets us bring our dog to enjoy the beach as well. We also love the easy access to the beach from the first floor and the interior corridors

The location for our first time in the Outer Banks was very convenient. The room felt like home. The kitchen had a lot of utensils & pots for cooking!

Location central to OBX. Great view. Everything great and I really appreciated how efficiently the details were handled...didn't have to stop off and get a key and no difficulties with parking, departing. Beautifully furnished and loads of amenities

The location and that we were right on the beach. I also like the size of our condo. We had a 1 bedroom and I was concerned it would be small, but it was perfect for my, my husband and dog

View & ease to get to the beach... It was extremely easy to get an infant, toddler and beach items to the beach. Keyless door entry was a nice feature too.

We had a great stay. This is our second time staying at First Flight and stayed in 2 different condos. Both very clean and equipped fine for me. Like the walk out to the beach. Great for people with children or singles. Not a lot of noise in the hallway. Always had a covered parking spot, which is a plus. Cindy Barnett - Baltimore MD
This is our first time renting a condo while on vacation. We had a great experience. We would love to come back. The website is great. The condo was exactly the way it appeared on the site. We completely enjoyed our week at the First Flight Retreat Condos. We had never rented a condo for previous vacations. This surpassed all our expectations even though we had thoroughly researched your web site. The unit was nicely decorated and the kitchen was very functional. We really enjoyed our Columbus Day week stay at First Flight Retreat. From the beautiful view of the ocean to the quality of the kitchen and mattresses we were very pleased with the facility. The porch area is fantastic, but I did notice that the screen door is getting sticky/rusty, which admittedly is unavoidable on ocean-facing metal, so they either need to be sprayed down after every renter or swapped out every year. In addition, the window gussets need to be cleaned too, but we’re talking about minor issues in an otherwise fantastic Patrick MacEnroy Harrison NY

Carla was helpful during reservation and check-in. She convinced me to rent when she said I could get luggage help. Andy was great! Moved us in and out and got Carla to give us a room near elevator. I am on oxygen and it's hard for me to walk. These two are great PR for your business. I have already recommended SRII to a friend here in Fredericksburg. Love having a restaurant on site. Ate there once. Just ok, but thankful to have it there.

I loved when we opened the door to enter the unit we could see straight through to the beach! The enclosed balcony was nice and we had everything we needed for a relaxing week!
