First Flight Retreat sits on some of the widest beachfront on the Outer Banks at Milepost 8.5 in Kill Devil Hills. Partial Week rentals are available with flexible stay options for most condos. This is our 3rd time renting at First Flight, and it did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful. Everything was wonderful! Everything was easy. Checking in..the ease of payment with the office personnel. Cleanliness. We will always return! Thank you!

Awesome condo with excellent ocean views. The hot tub was a perfect addition and we enjoyed countless hours in the hot tub watching the surf. It would have been nice to have had a TV viewing guide so we could easily find the channels without searching.

Thank you. Pelican�s Perch was a beautiful rental. It was, perhaps, the cleanest and most well maintained property we rented at FF Retreat. We can�t wait for the pool to be completed.
