Frequently Asked Questions
- PETS. Are condos at First Flight Retreat pet friendly? Yes, some condos
are pet friendly units (subject to restrictions on size and breed).
However, there is an additional pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay (per pet).
- CHECK INs . Check-in time is after 4 p.m. on the Commencement Date. Check out must be completed prior to 10 a.m. on the Check-out Date. Late check out/ early check in requests will be accomodated when possible, though there may be additional fees.
- KEYS. Is there after-hours key pickup? First Flight Rental condos feature keyless entry systems. We will provide you the key code prior to your stay, thus eliminating the hassle of having to pick up or drop off keys.
- RESERVATIONS. How do I reserve a condo unit for rental? You can call our office 1-866-595-1893 or book online to reserve a week or partial week stay.
- CLEANING. Are renters charged extra for housekeeping? No. The departure cleaning is included in your rental price.
Please take your trash & co-mingled recycling to the dumpsters, which are located the the condo property entrance.
- GO GREEN. Does First Flight Rentals recycle? First Flight Rentals encourages you to recycle, by separating your mixed recycleables from trash during your stay and at check out. There are two supercans near the condo street entrance.
- PARKING. Is parking available? Most parking is covered with easy elevator access. There are reserved spaces available, subject
to availability, for those requiring special assistance. Call for more info.
- LINEN. Do I need to bring my own linens? No, all condos have linen service and bath towels
included. Beds are all made prior to your arrival. Two sets are provided per bedroom; additional linen/towel can be included for additional charge. Please bring your own pool/ beach towels.
