PETS. Are condos at First Flight Retreat pet friendly? Yes, some condos
are pet friendly units (subject to restrictions on size and breed).
However, there is an additional pet cleaning service for nightly
and weekly stays.
CHECK INs . Check-in time is after 4 p.m. on the Commencement Date. Check out must be completed prior to 11 a.m. on the Check-out Date.
KEYS. Is there after-hours key pickup? First Flight Rental condos feature keyless entry systems. We will provide you the key code prior to your stay, thus eliminating the hassle of having to pick up or drop off keys. Codes can be personalized for easy memory during your stay with First Flight Rentals.
RESERVATIONS. How do I reserve a condo unit for rental? Call or book online to reserve a week or partial week stay. Then, fill out a Vacation Rental Agreement and fax to (252) 449-9000 or mail to First Flight Rentals c/o PO Box 222, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948 along with your deposit for 50% of the reservation.
CLEANING. Are renters charged extra for housekeeping? One cleaning per week for weekly/partial week
rentals. Daily maid service can also be added
for weekly rentals for an extra charge. A special nightly "turn down " service
can also be provided for an extra charge.
NIGHTLY RENTALS. Can I rent a condo for just 1 night? First Flight Retreat condos are
available nightly, however, for most peak season weeks units have 3-4 night minimums and other rates seasons have 2-night minimums. We are happy to try to accommodate extended stays and non-Saturday checkin or check-outs, subject to availability. Call for special requests in peak season or check availability
online. All stays require a signed lease and security deposit or damage insurance.

PARKING. Is parking available? Yes, there are reserved spaces, one per bedroom. Most parking is covered with easy elevator access.
LINEN. Do I need to bring my own linens? No, all condos have linen service and bath towels
included. Beds are all made prior to your arrival. Please bring your own pool/ beach towels.
